Sometimes you do not need a consultant. You need the right tool.

You know your credit union, members, and community. But managing sponsorships well requires strategy, planning, activation, measurement, internal alignment, and a dozen other things that may not be your only responsibility.

This membership gives you practical resources you can use yourself, without starting from scratch or needing a large consulting budget every time you face a new challenge.

No giant course. No vague theory. Just useful tools, clear guidance, and access to people who understand the work.

  • Managing sponsorships, events, partnerships, or employer relationships

  • Trying to prove value beyond impressions

  • Looking for stronger activation ideas

  • Preparing for proposal reviews, renewals, or renegotiations

  • Building more member-centered, measurable partnerships

Founding member pricing

Founding members can join for:

$49 per month or $490 per year

Your founding rate will remain protected for as long as your membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the current membership rate will apply.

The Founding Member Cohort begins December 1, 2026, and participation is limited to 15 members.

Submitting an application does not commit you to purchasing a membership. Selected applicants will receive enrollment details before making a payment.

Is the Founding Member Cohort for you?

This cohort may be a good fit if you:

  • Manage sponsorships, partnerships, or community engagement for a credit union

  • Want to make more confident sponsorship decisions

  • Need practical tools you can adapt and use immediately

  • Want to improve activation, measurement, and reporting

  • Value expert guidance but may not need a full consulting engagement

  • Are willing to test resources and provide honest feedback

If that sounds like you, I’d love to build this with you.

Apply by November 13, 2026, or until all 15 founding-member spots are filled.

The free CU Pros Meet-Up will continue. It will remain an open peer roundtable where credit union professionals can connect, exchange ideas, and talk honestly about the work. The paid membership adds the practical resources, short trainings, monthly group office hours, quarterly guest experts and recordings, and optional one-on-one support to help you put those ideas into action.
